implant\NTA_Implant_plan – 37 NTA implants (Ø3.4–Ø6.0)

surgicalguide\NTA_GuideSleeves – Sleeves (metal sleeve Ø5.3 + sleeveless Ø5.3 drill hole)

surgicalguide\NTA_KIT – Surgical drill kit + drivers

surgicalguide\NTA_fixation – Fixation pin (anchor)

Installation

Close exocad / exoplan.

In the library folder (the folder containing the implant and surgicalguide directories), delete the old NTA folders:

implant\NTA_Implant_plan

surgicalguide\NTA_GuideSleeves, NTA_KIT, NTA_fixation

surgicalguide\NTA_protocol – Make sure to delete this folder, as it is no longer used.

Copy the implant and surgicalguide folders from this ZIP file into the library folder, merging them with the existing folders.

Launch exoplan.

Testing

Plan an NTA implant (e.g., Ø4.2 × 10 mm).

In the surgical guide design module, the following options should appear under “NTA – Fully Guided Sleeves” in the sleeve list:

Regular Metal Sleeve – For Medium & Hard Bone Density (D1–D3)

Regular Metal Sleeve – For Soft Bone Density (D4)

Closed Sleeveless Drill Hole (Medium & Hard / Soft)

The upper surface of the sleeve should be positioned 10.4 mm above the implant platform (11.3 mm for Ø6.6 mm implants). This upper surface serves as the drill stop.

The final drill and its length should be displayed in the report (e.g., NTA_DRILL_42, L10).

If a fixation pin is added, check the position of the pin head relative to the guide surface: does it sit above the guide surface or is it recessed into the guide? Feedback is required.
